“Honest and transparent. If ever I need Trans work that is where I'll go. I wanted a fluid flush/fill and a new filter. “Never knew this place even existed until my friend helped me call around for a rim…. Anyways Needed a rim and they were the only ones that had one for my car. The tire that was on it wasn’t good so they took the tire off my busted rim and put it on all for a fair price. The two men at the counter were friendly and we shared a few laughs which was nice cause people just are usually rude these days. Thanks guys for helping me out!!! I appreciate it!!!”
“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”
