The two employees at the 3552 S. Dort location that work in the evenings are very helpful, especially Christian. As a woman that works on her own vehicles most of the time I go in there with a hundred questions when I'm buying something. He never hesitates to answer & help me. I know I can be annoying but he always helps

This place by far has to be one of the absolute best auto part shops I've ever gone to over 6 states. While it's a small store the staff does what they can to help get the parts, when I didn't make it that night back cause my Van was disassembled the next day the part was waiting for me. Then I had another personal issue with the vehicle and they helped me find more supplies and having listened to me talk about how much of a struggle money was they didn't try pushing the most expensive products got me setup with a blowtorch, some rust remover, a tool loan, break pads, caliper pin boots and break lubricant. Honestly couldn't have done anything with all of them. Honestly wish I could do more then just this review and I know this will be my go to store as long as I'm within 50 miles. Thank you all once again especially Tyler W for ordering them, Tyler (Main Manager) and Vicky for the help with all the extras I truly couldn't have finished this for my kids to have a safe vehicle to ride in without you all.

Went to get a simple brake part. Tried to order from a different store but the incompetent employee never did apparently, went back they say it’s at “the hub” tried calling to confirm that part is at store, lady answers and says it’s here. go to “the hub” and find one guy on a phone call with his friend tending to 4 customers at once. Tell her the part I need, tells me it’s not there and has to order it and it’ll be a week. Wants more money than the parts worth to order it at a decent time after yankin my chain all around. Tired of the incompetence. I’ll see you the 17th for my $8 brake part that I had to buy before they ordered.
