Big Lots on Miller Rd in Flint offers a wide selection of furniture, mattresses, home decor, and household items at great prices. Customers appreciate the friendly and caring staff, as well as the clean and neat store environment. The store has a little bit of everything, including outdoor items and homegoods, making it a fun shopping destination. However, some shoppers have noted issues with messy shelves, items without prices, and outdated food products that need checking. While prices are generally good, some customers have experienced clutter on the floor and limited hours at certain locations. Overall, Big Lots is valued for its variety and affordability, but improvements in store organization and product freshness could enhance the shopping experience.
I miss their layaway plan at Big Lots! My mattresses, sofa, and rugs came from here! They have been great products too!
