“I found these guys while I was searching online for used goods. They had a product I had been looking for everywhere. From the first time I reached out to them, until my final transaction, they were so helpful. The item I wanted had other parties interested and they were great about letting me know that but not pushy about needing to buy it. After deciding to buy it, they not only were appreciative, but they also gave me assurance that they were glad they helped me find what I needed. Due to my location, I needed to have it shipped to me. They were great about providing me with options and the information I needed to provide to the company I eventually used. In preparation of the ship date pickup, they wrapped and strapped my item very securely to ensure no harm would be done. They even sent me pictures! When the time for pickup came there was conflict with the delivery company, but they stayed after the pickup time to make sure my item shipped on the correct day and called me to inform me the item had been picked up. Online transactions like this can be tricky but I felt completely at ease through the entire process.”

“Not too shabby for a Dollar Tree. I don't know if other stores in the DT arena are doing it, but this store has a $3-$5 bonus area- featuring everything from clothing and accessories to higher end games, toys, to crafts, gardening and cookware/bakeware/kitchen accessories. I saw a Friends game, leggings, electronic accessories, decor, cookware, garden art, and paint. What a nice find- however, a man by me says 'I suppose it isn't dollar tree anymore/ inflation!'This store is clean, stocked nicely, and has nice employees.. I picked up some greeting cards, a cheap spare pair of shades and craft items, snacks (the good kind, with make brand candies and chips, cookies) and some aluminum foil, all for cheap..”
“Love the prices and the fact there are no long lines. The clearance section could use a little work. The managers are well equipped but need to learn more about their tethered system. Moving over to New software made it impossible to use digital coupons with manufacturing coupons. I think they should move their clothes rack back and pull their sunglasses and outdoor stuff upfront instead and the racks outside look horrible clean that up. All above they do a great job!”
“It's rare that I participate in a survey, but I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and was greated with a jovial "Helll-oooo" while the cashier was checking someone out. I honed in on his interactions at the front while I shopped and noticed genuine interest and enthusiasm in his voice with each customer. His good mood was contagious. In an age where quality customer service seems lost, Daniel shines. Take care of that boy, he is certainly taking care of your store and customers. “The store on Belsày road is always kept up, and by kept up I mean stocked well with merchandise, clean floors, cash out àrea, honestly the whole store and the staff are always friendly, never hesitate to help. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area! (Belsay road, in the old Kmart/Kroger plaza near train tracks. Or say by Walmart.This store has a lil bit of everything you could possibly need for your home, from crafts to basic automotive items, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, school supplies, Holiday Decor and household decor needs. “This location, DAVISON RD at ARLINGTON, services a LARGE AREA. I like their employees! Is the store a lil messy sometimes? But do you STILL FIND WHAT YOU NEED THERE? I do and if I don't see what I'm looking for I ASK THE MNGR. Sure enough! They are the ONLY ONES out of the Eastside stores who HAD A WINDOW FAN IN STOCK! They DO THEIR BEST and I really APPRECIATE this store! They ALWAYS have underclothing, SOCKS too IN STOCK and there is a MARKED DOWN clothing area where I got a gorgeous powder blue insulated HOODIE last winter for $10! i t WAS $19.99 so have fun HUNTING and ASK someone if you need something! ?”

Although checking out was slow it was due to the cashier assisting a few people with special needs and making sure they understood what they were doing, which to me shows how well this particular cashier has compassion and cares about her customers as a whole no matter the situation! “Easy in, easy out. Well stocked and organized. I have never had to wait in a long line and I always find what I'm looking for. Much nicer than the Dollar General on the corner of Atherton and Fenton. That place is a hot mess compared to this one.”
“The one thing I like most is the employees! They are always very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. They also seem to be happy to be there and never fail to greet you when you arrive. The selection of merchandise is really good and things are pretty much always in stock. Although the isles do tend to be somewhat cluttered with carts of inventory, employees are always working hard to get it put in its place. The prices here are considerably less than similar businesses too. Last but not least, they have a really, really good inventory of groceries, including lots of healthy choices, such as all natural peanut butter, and almond and soy milk for those of us who are lactose intolerant.”

“Mu wife and children love coming here. Today, she needed a new Apple Watch wrist band, which I was amazed they sold them, and the kids needed all sorts of kids stuff. My daughter got a few unicorn ? bath bombs ? and other unicorn ? toys. My son got stuff too, which he is a teeneager so he don't talk to us lol, so I have no clue what he got but they all came out happy with tons of stuff. We come here about every 2 weeks or so for awesome deals. We love ❤️ this store.”
