This location has a pretty good amount of stuff, large organized selection. However, whenever I go in there it’s usually to browse or find one specific item for a specific outfit like a necklace, glasses, etc. The older woman who I think is the manager always has a nasty condescending tone with me whenever I check out with just one item saying things like,
“Dang that’s all you’re getting?”
I’ve worked in customer service myself, and an appropriate response to someone not giving a large sale would be suggesting other things to match with whatever they’re getting, should be easy especially considering Claire’s is an accessories store.
I’ll be going to Rue21 and Windsor for my accessories from now on, I’m willing to pay extra if it means an associate won’t judge me for wanting to save money or just buy one item.

I wish a further description of what cartilage piercings can be done at Claire’s existed. My daughter wanted a “flat” piercing. She expressed that, and even pointed to the place on her ear. We waited for our turn. We picked out the piercing. She even got her ear prepped and the instructions of care afterwards. Then we were told that Claire’s doesn’t do ALL cartilage piercings! Well, here is an idea, don’t advertise that you do cartilage piercings then, or be more specific! What a waste of time…..
