“First time in a LONG time where I was helped with EVERYTHING I needed. Matt is an AMAZING employee! He is what every employee should use as an example. He approached my fiance and myself, asked how we were doing and if we needed help. He went all over the store with us to help us find everything we were looking for. In the past, we have walked through this store countless times with no help and no acknowledgement. Customer service is not what it used to be, but Matt definitely restored my faith in humanity (at least at Home Depot). GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!!”

“Love Home Depot, hating their app lately a little to busy over whelming my economy phone. Went to store, staff very helpful on how to do project's, what is involved, and what you need to complete. Diverse work force with good attitude's. If you get some one new that's not familiar with store yet or your project ask another employee. You can usually get good advice on what your project is and didn't expect. Work smarter not harder people! Recommend Home Depot starting place for projects even if you're getting better deals on some supplies, materials. I found prices are comparable and cheaper on some items.

Newest post January 2026, the Home Depot App has improved and so has my phone . Love this store and it's Employees are great and very helpful in helping with the best way to complete a project.I Hate posting anything negative. I have physical disabilities and found a great deal on a name brand name snow blower that I could use to get exercise and get back outside trying to get back to my old self. Watch the video and see my disappointment. I have to go through the Warranty, because if I fix it myself it will void the Warranty, Also they have a policy once it has gas in it no return, also it's the end of season they're not expecting to get anymore in the store. Love that snowblower it has its corks but it is easier to use than it's competitors big blowers, and was quicker. And did a cleaner snow removal. I would really like to just get another one and see the manufacturer come up with a solutions to such a fine Machine. I am not looking forward to the warranty process that will probably take forever full of red tape. I purchased on December 3 2025 it lasted until January 2026. Don't know what damage if any when the bolt fell out internally, was improvisein and tolerating the rotator, engagement bar and cable falling off when bumped or moved a certain way. Did not want to take it back as annoying as it was because it does a really good job, starts every time, easy to use and did heavy wet snow when others failed to perform. Hopefully my snow days are not over already this winter and the. Warranty people will resolve quickly. I will keep everyone posted.
Update:The warranty people are joke, gave the lady high ratings at the end of the call for the resolution of my concerns to get the snow blower fixed. She gave me an address to take it to and they refused to fix it because they don't do any work that's not purchased at their place of business. Luckily I called before I spent a day dealing with it. I called Home Depot and now get their five stars back from me. Talk to Doug one of the managers at Home Depot. I told him my concerns and the complications I was having dealing with the snowblower. He resolved the issues in 2 hours. I now have a new snowblower. The same kind. I took the video down because it was too long they should only been 30 seconds it didn't show the problems that I was trying to show. But it's a rarity with that machine everybody has one loves them. I really like mine and didn't want to get a different one anyways. So hopefully this one will work out. I haven't put gas in it yet. But I got mad respect for Doug thanks Doug. Your customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Corona road Home Depot they're very helpful with everything I do. Also want to thank Mr.Jackson for holding my snow blower up front until I could get there to get it . Thanks Guys. You Rock!”
