My sales associate, Ryan, was fabulous from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and demonstrated exceptional product knowledge. Instead of just pushing products, he took the time to truly listen, asked insightful open-ended questions, and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for.
He connected with me on a personal level, which made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable.
To top it off, the tailor on duty was wonderful—she stepped in, offered valuable input, and made the whole process seamless.
This was my first time shopping at Men's Wearhouse for suits, and thanks to Ryan and the alterations team, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else going forward.

I saw a fire at a building nearby I was driving that way and decided to pull over to take a photo. I saw the name on the building where I pulled over and curiousity got me.
I went in and I found so many beautiful dresses and outfits. I'm going back on Friday. I was on a tight schedule today.

“The two employees working were very kind and helpful. My daughter was looking for Dandy's World merch and they both pulled out everything they had. They didn't have the plushies (I order those from the website anyway) but she did find new plushies, Murder Drones, that she loves. I wanted to give my daughter a special day and they definitely made that happen.”
