“Super friendly staff! I called in advance to see if they had a shoe in stock and she pulled it to the counter for me. I appreciate the effort of going to look and grab the shoe I needed. Also told me about other locations. The prices were good too. Only sad part was the mall being empty.”
“Just left, and Red Wings was awesome. But they're always awesome. I have been buying their boots for about 8 years now, and I'm always happy with their boot selection. I work outside and put these things to good use, and they're great quality and quite comfortable. They clean the boots for free. And if there's any actual problems with them they will take care of them but for a price, don't know how much because I've never had to get a repair. The boots can get quite expensive, I just bought a pair of steel toe boots that were about $200, but damn worth it. Every time I've been there, all of the staff is always very nice, super friendly, and very helpful. If I could give this place more stars, I would. I love Red Wings boots.”

“If you're looking for the place to see a lot of people standing around playing on their phone including the security guard, this is the place to go LOL.
Definitely deserves five stars. Maybe I'm just invisible but I walked in and out several times and no one spoke to me or even looked at me. It was nice not being hassled.”

“I have to give a shout out to the staff at DSW for the great service I received today. They were having some information systems issues and had some difficulty processing a return I needed to make, but they figured it out and made it happen. Super helpful. They also have a great selection there, and I was able to find some cute slippers for myself!”
“I just came back from JCPenney and JD sports, and this place is nicely stocked. They also have good staff and it’s just a nice environment. I’m definitely gonna visit this place again soon PLS don’t leave the mall. DTLR is also nice but not as nice as JD”
