We got to the location 5 mins before they were supposed to open and waited untill 20 after 10am and there was still no one there . I’ve ran a business for years and that is NOT acceptable . It is not a way to run a business

this is not for this store but my phone and service has been nothing but issues with it and metro PCs won't do anything about it but insut me this has been a joke of a a company for about a year

We stopped here to get help on our phone and the worker said the wifi wouldn't work as soon as she knew we weren't buying a phone or something and they were closing in 10 min. A manager needs to fire her for this its probably not her first time doing stuff like this

I strongly suggest do not make a purchase with this location, they will tell you anything to make a sale. I purchased internet from this location a couple of years ago, they said they had service in my area, and it came with a 15-day money back guarantee, so I purchased a unit only to find out that there was no service in my area took the unit back and they didn't want to refund me my money, the unit was in excellent condition no scratches. Then after complaining about the poor signal in my area they sold me a 5G phone saying that mine was a 4G and that the 5G would fix the problem after purchasing the new phone I went back into my old phone just to find out that my phone was also a 5G phone. A couple of years later I purchased a watch from the same location, took the watch back 2 days later because it wouldn't hold a charge Valerie said she couldn't refund me my money because she was locked out and that I would have to come back the next day, and that she would call me later that day in regards to the watch, she never did. Come the next day my phone service got shut off, so I had to go back to the store just to find out that Valerie never charged me the $10 activation fee for the watch that was the reason why my phone service got shut off, I then told the clerk that I didn't want the watch because it wouldn't hold a charge he took the watch never gave me a refund and said that it would reflect on my next month's bill, come the next month my bill was the same, Valerie told me they still had the watch but they couldn't refund me my money because it's been too long and that I could still have it back, remind you I took it back because it wouldn't hold a charge, I told Valerie I did not want it back I just wanted my money, Valerie told me I could take it and resell it knowing that it wouldn't hold a charge how dishonest, then Valerie told me she had to call her boss and promised to call me back regarding the matter, once again no call back. They don't care about you all they care about is your money!!!! I strongly suggest if you are going to do business with Metro PCS go to a corporate location.

Horrible service with incredibly rude and disrespectful staff. got a new phone from them it immediately starts acting up. simply not functioning in most cases to when it did work it was hard to get it to do so right down to the phone randomly shutting off quite frequently. the phone would shut off while being used even and then take 5 min to boot back up. so instead of trying to help me in any way the employee was upset i left a bad review due to the phone not being able to do what i specified i need it to do upon inquiry of purchase. no she felt rising her voice yelling and chewing me out as if i had done something wrong was the correct course of action. and on top of that her male friend that she had going in and out the back employee area started to actually run his mouth as if some type of tough guy when i looked to him in disbelief as to the way i was being treated. this is not a professional nor respectable establishment would definitely recommend going elsewhere where they appreciate and respect their customers!

The people are rude and need to be replaced with people that have skills with others. I had a damaged phone and when the new one didn't come I had to call assurance to find out what was going on. The one lady I came so frustrated with walked out and slammed the office door when I did bring in the new phone. After reading other reviews I'm surprised that they still work there. I told her I was gonna yelp them and I gave them a rotten review there also, why is this store still open ????
Ps i switched to t-mobile and had to get a different phone cause metro had a 1yr lock on the new phone and they removed the insurance on the plan without telling me. It is now a paperweight

The guy that serviced me jacked my whole account. Gave me add on’s that I didn’t want nor asked for. When I blatantly told him what I wanted a couple times. Everything on my account was so wrong that it took me days of “hello, how can I help you” to get it accurate. I am quite dissatisfied with the service I received at this store.

Went in with an ongoing problem that originated at this store and the lady behind the counter wouldn't do anything. Wouldn't look at my phone whould not call customer service even though customer service told me to take my phone there. I will drive out to Miller rd or go to dort hwy location. Their employees care about their customers.
