Driver pulled up without looking at chart not knowing they needed a car seat took about 10 mins to install had me and my son outside waiting very unprofessional ??

They said they would not take me to an appointment that the DHS office made. Didn't make any sense.

It’s been almost 2 years now that they suspended me they said they will call me I tried telling them it’s not my fault my doctors rescheduled my appointments at the last minute I tried telling you guys this so now my account suspended that’s not even my fault..
