“95% of the time my mothers drivers are friendly courteous and helpful. Then you have a few that expect me to wheel her up in her wheelchair onto the vans ramp to go to dialysis. I pay for this service to help my mom and myself because I have a serious lung disease and she cannothardly walk. Today's driver not friendly whatsoever”
