Muffler Man is a professional business. They offer fair prices and good advice. The staff is very friendly and keeps customers informed. The office manager is great at multitasking. Some customers have had good experiences with the front desk. However, one staff member is described as rude. Overall, Muffler Man provides good service, including oil changes and brake repairs, with some staff being very helpful and friendly.
I thought they had all the services but that wasn't the case, I went because my tire broke and they didn't have them for sale but still the man who helped me wanted to help me

They are professional… although I wasn’t able to get my car fixed I did only pay a 20 service fee and they gave me good advice on what I should do instead of charging me thousands of dollars and ripping me off

Was able to get the car in last minute on a Saturday and get our brakes done. The office manager was fantastic at multitasking. Impressive
