Muffler Man is known for professional service and good advice, charging a service fee when a repair isn't done. Customers can get brakes done quickly, even on a Saturday, with a fantastic office manager multitasking. New expensive parts can be replaced the same day, and an inexpensive oil change is offered. Staff are very friendly, keep customers informed, and offer fair prices. A first‑time customer praised a nice guy and good prices. However, some note that the one bigger dude is rude to everyone and acts like he doesn't want to be there, and that a lady at the counter is present.
I thought they had all the services but that wasn't the case, I went because my tire broke and they didn't have them for sale but still the man who helped me wanted to help me

They are professional… although I wasn’t able to get my car fixed I did only pay a 20 service fee and they gave me good advice on what I should do instead of charging me thousands of dollars and ripping me off

Was able to get the car in last minute on a Saturday and get our brakes done. The office manager was fantastic at multitasking. Impressive
