Some customers have had good experiences with the front desk. However, one staff member is described as rude. Overall, Muffler Man provides good service, including oil changes and brake repairs, with some staff being very helpful and friendly.
Top notch all around service and pricing here. I have taken multiple vehicles here and they are always honest about what's needed and get the job done.

I'm satisfied 😌 they fixed my car....I thought I need a complete exhaust system. But it only needed a resignator ‼️ 1st place customer service O will definitely be back

In today's world, it's hard to find an honest mechanic. The people at Muffler Man on Pierson are great! After dealing with them today, I would highly recommend bringing your car to them!
