Stayed in one of the efficient rooms. Clean and landlord was always there when you needed her. Great place if trying to get back on your feet.

Very nice place to stay. Clean, new updated bathrooms, kitchen,rooms. Has strict rules for a reason. People who are asked to leave for rule violations are the ones giving bad reviews. Owners are very friendly, helpful, caring people.

Friend of mine lives there. They are currently renovating the property, the prices for rent are very reasonable and it's located in a pretty good area overall.
