“The Check In Staff was Fabulous, Room was absolutely beautiful , unfortunately the cleaning staff left shampoo in the shower empty as well as the tissues only had two left in the box without any refills . This is Definitely Not What I Expect Staying at Hyatt, other than that the room was clean and like new . Great location from the Flint Michigan Airport.”

“The hotel has very friendly front desk staff Kyla at night n Matt n the morning.Diane the lady who manages the dinning/breakfast area is very accommodating and nice she goes out of her way daily to make sure you have what you need and want. Dinning area is always clean and everything fresh and stocked well....Overall I enjoy my stays at the Best Western Flint.”
