“Completely impressed. I called and was told it could be 30 minutes. Fine. Just as soon as a texted my family, I got a call saying they'd arrive in 5 min. He confirmed my location. Very reassuring! Really nice guy showed up and was ready to go quickly! Lady whose daughter owned the business I pulled into came out to get his card. She was impressed with his response time (as was I!) Thank you Gray's towing for being so fast and nice. Reasonable rate!”

“Our daughter had a tire blow during rush hour on I-75 near Corunna Rd. We called several companies that were hours out or not available. But Double K&S were courteous on the phone and were able to be there in 15 mins, in fact they beat us there and we were already on our way. It was a dangerous situation but the driver got our daughter onto the tow truck immediately for her safety and then towed the car to a safe place to put on the spare while we followed. The entire ordeal was only about 30 mins. The were fast friendly and kind! Would highly recommend to everyone!”
