“Our daughter had a tire blow during rush hour on I-75 near Corunna Rd. We called several companies that were hours out or not available. But Double K&S were courteous on the phone and were able to be there in 15 mins, in fact they beat us there and we were already on our way. It was a dangerous situation but the driver got our daughter onto the tow truck immediately for her safety and then towed the car to a safe place to put on the spare while we followed. The entire ordeal was only about 30 mins. The were fast friendly and kind! Would highly recommend to everyone!”

“I want to give a special thanks to Eldon! He was so sweet, patient, caring and he went above and beyond during a stressful and sad time for me as I had to clear out my “nearly brand new car” and say goodbye to it. The other staff were pretty nice too. They had to re-pull my car out because it was too closely parked in between cars to get inside too.”

“No one ever wants to break down on the highway as it is very dangerous. I shredded a tire just outside of Flint, Michigan on Interstate 69 on September 14-2026 and I was very fortunate enough to be hooked up with Roadrunner Towing, specifically Nate Peterson. What a respectful helpful man Nate is and I'm going to refer his name to many people I know in Michigan, and in fact have already started referring his name to many people I know in Michigan, specifically a friend of mine who is always looking for companies that do long distance tows which mine was. As I live in Toronto, Ontario, it is reassuring for me and all my Michigan friends to know that we now have a contact in the Flint area specifically, Nate Peterson who is very trustworthy can help us out if required. It reinforces your faith in mankind dealing with a person like Nate Peterson . Thanks again Nate for everything you did to help me.
