I realized I wasn't going to be home when my cat tower was set to arrive so a few days earlier I logged into their website and changed the item to be held at their facility. Came in, got my item, left happy. My local delivery person is great too. He definitely looks out for me."
  • "Received an alert while sitting at home saying my package wasn't able to be delivered even though no one attempted to knock on my door. I go out to my front door and there's a note saying i have to pick it up at a liquor store which made me very confused. I called customer service and the lady laughed at me when i was concerned about why i would be picking up my package at a liquor store. She stated it was a certified access point. Why a dumpy gross liquor is a certified access point is beyond me. Very unprofessional. Luckily they were able to change its drop off to the UPS customer center address. Hopefully they know what they're doing and it will be available there. we"ll see!"
  • "Horrible horrible horrible company! Driver did not knock or leave note after not trying to deliver my package. I was home when he “supposedly” came but never knocked. I will NEVER use UPS again. FedEx may give some bent boxes but at least they get to the customer on time and their staff doesn’t argue with the customer because fedex genuinely cares about customers"
  • "So i realize i have weird hours of work so i sign the back and place back on my front door to void all liability to UPS if anything happens to the package with option B (leave on porch with a signature and printed name) on the first "Sorry we missed you" note on my door so the next day they pretty much cover the original and don't leave anything and now i'm forced to go to FLINT MI to pick my package (i only have 2 missed deliveries as well no idea where number 3 went supposed to get 3) up when i gave all the permissions to just leave it and filled out the damn thing, horrid horrid company with zero customer service even while talking to their service line the guy was completely not listening (and blatantly boiling my blood with his no care attitude) to what i was saying so i wanted to speak to a manager which lead to nothing because UPS hates people apparently (also took forever to respond on the phone completely useless)... requiring a signature even after i sign the little ticket seems pretty redundant and absurd your drivers need to learn how to read apparently and look at what the tickets they leave say."
