This store changed owners about a year ago. I think it’s worth giving this place a second chance, as this was probably the worst run UPS store prior to the new owners taking over.
Wanted to rent a mailbox here and literally had to beg the old owners to have my business. Paid for a box but was told they would mail me my key.
Came back a few months later when the new owners took over, and they had no record of my mailbox.
I had my receipt and Luckily the new owners stepped up to the plate and honored the money I paid and started the rental period over again

DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS STORE.
Dropped off box of items to be shipped from Flint, MI to Texas. The store was supposed to wrap and protect contents. They threw a little bit of bubble wrap and small amount of shipping peanuts into the box. Not enough to protect the contents and an antique bowl was destroyed in the shipping process. Call to UPS sent me back to this UPS store. UPS says it is a UPS Store issue and phone discussion with the manager basically abdicating responsibility and accusing me of packing the box.
I would drive to Grand Blanc and ship from there if I had to do it again. Items we have shipped from that location in the past were well packed and arrived in one piece. Only issue is that store closes at 3p on Saturday and I did not have a choice.

This store is a joke only one person working! The manager keeps calling bothering the employee that is there trying to do there job! The other employee called into work and no one is coming to help her while she is overwhelmed! Then $170 to ship a package ?

I got a notice on my door at home that said they tried to deliver a package and to pick it up after 1pm the next day at the Miller RD UPS store. Went the next day after 1, told me there’s a “$5 a Day Storage fee so I owed $10 because they got it day before. I refused to pay, she called her store manager who was rude to me and refused to release the package and said they would just send it back to UPS. I called UPS customer service from store and they told me I could not do that and if I did not leave they would call the police. DO NOT USE this store. UPS said it did not even show In tracking it was left at the store and that they never heard of a store charging for picking up or hold of a package. I have never been treated this way. And after looking on Yelp, I am not the only person they have done this too.
