This location is lazy and dishonest. Went here today for help and the guy gave me a fake number to call. I don’t understand the point of that if he would have told me they couldn’t help I just would’ve went elsewhere. Going the extra mile to give me a fake number was cruel.

If you state that 5:00pm is the latest for NDA packages then do not let the truck leave before 5:00. Twice now I have taken packages before then (4:45 and 4:50) only to find out that the truck had left. So I took my packages to FedEx and was able to get the packages to my customer in time. Do not use this location. FedEx Kinkos is at 3170 S Linden Road across from what used to be Macys. FedEx's latest pick up for NDA is 6:00pm.

Don’t bother trying to call this place for anything. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t return your call after you leave them a message. I called 7 times and left messages. Maybe try FedEx.

No one employed here appears to answer the phone during business hours, and if you leave a message, they do not return your call. I have called/left messages multiple times with no reply. I don't see the point in them having a business phone if customers are required to make a visit in person anyway, even if it's just to have a question answered.
