Awful
Pharmacist is rude the staff is rude. They have a different story every time you speak to someone. You can pick up your prescription on this today they said I called she said she’d have it ready in 90 min I explained in detail the importance of this medication I can die without them no worries 90 min. I get there 3 hours later and not only is it not ready it’s not even available for 2 days. But 3 hours ago it was ready IN 90 minutes and covered $0 copay. Not their problem but you can call the insurance for an override. What?? It’s 7pm they’re closed. IWe are all moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is people’s lives they’re dealing with and they have no accountability for the multiple stories or that this is life or death and I trusted Walgreens. Never this one again ever.

What’s wrong with this place? I’ve had two sets of prescriptions called into this location. Two. Both were not ready for weeks after my doctor calling them in, both times, my prescriptions were lost, and the line for the pharmacy is always a mile long. Again, what’s wrong with this place?

If there were 0 stars I would have chosen that because this place doesn’t even deserve 1. Every single time my prescription gets sent over they don’t fill it, I have to go up there and essentially ask them to do their job and fill my script. They move slower then a snail, they are rude and make any excuse they can to not fill peoples prescriptions. My script was sent over last night and they refused to fill it even though it was due, they said come back tomorrow so I went back today. They said ok ten min pull back around to the other drive thru window so I did and immediately the girl says it’s going to be an hour I said ok well I’m out of my meds and need a dose for today, she said still one hour. I come back 2 hours later, even gave them extra time and now all of a sudden they claim the script is “closed” out in their system whatever that means… they couldn’t even explain to me what that meant.. they said we have to call the Dr and get a new script even though it says they filled the script he already sent and shows the price for it on the app. But yet they need a new one? Seems like they are just making excuses or are really truly that moronic or LAZY. They don’t care that people need their medications, they are rude, unprofessional, lazy, and I’m starting to wonder if over half of the staff is mentally challenged. My 5 year old could do a better and quicker job than them. Pathetic

Over the last several months my family has continuously had issues getting prescriptions filled, whether it medications being in stock (like my heart medication after a hospital discharge), or simply just not filled altogether until you repeatedly try to get them filled, and the wait times are horrible. My husband and 7year old daughter had pneumonia, and spent an hour and a half waiting to get the scripts filled when he was told it would be 15 minutes, and whoever was helping him was extremely rude. My oldest daughter has been sick for several days, went to urgent care yesterday, and her medications still haven't been filled and it the following day after 2pm. I have called and been put on hold and transferred, only to be hung up on. This pharmacy has become extremely unprofessional, and doesn't seem to care about the patients they serve.

Rude employees they don't know how to do their job and then they're rude about it it's not my fault they weren't trained properly and don't know how to use their equipment next time be more polite

I encourage anyone with a complaint to call the district or corporate headquarters consumer relations on this location. My Dr called in an rx a week ago. Still have not reached anyone by phone, still dont have rx.
No stars, no compliments. Dealing with this location is impossible.

****UPDATE UPDATE****
I'm on hold again @6:16pm. I was told that my prescription should be ready in 90 minutes. I received an update saying one was in progress and the other is delayed. I check the website and there is only one prescription again. I'm so sick of this schmidt!!!!! Again there are more than three callers ahead of me. THEY HAVE HAD MY PRESCRIPTION SINCE 09-24'2024!!! FOES ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD ATTORNEY? I NEED TO SUE FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING! Then the girl lied and said they have been texting me and sending me emails. Yeah! I have pages of advertisements from them. Absolutely NOTHING about my prescriptions!
***UPDATE***I wish i could give this location zero stars. My dentist called in a prescription three weeks ago and it has not been filled as of 10-16-2024. I was supposed to start taking this prescription the day before my appointment which is 10-17-2024. All they have for me is an attitude and a half assed apology. Then whoever answered the phone tells me she has to transfer me. I have been on hold, with the recording saying there are more than three callers ahead of me for 23 minutes now. This is my second time having to reschedule my dental work because this pharmacy doesn't have my prescription ready. I did change my pharmacy to the Rite Aid on Ballenger. But when they closed I was switched back here and I hate it! I will be switching it to a little neighborhood pharmacy! As I am adding photos, the recording is still saying there are more than three callers ahead of you.
I called on my other phone while I'm still on hold. My other phone does give a little static. They were so happy to hear that static so they could tell me to hang up and call back. Until I told them I was already on hold on my other phone and have been on hold for 58:53 minutes now! Now the recording is saying one caller ahead of me.
Ghetto. The nasty attitudes, eye rolling, excessive waiting, "At their discretion". Which means if they don't like you, you will wait longer. These people literally play with people's medication. Karma

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE for your pharmacy needs. My last three prescriptions have had missing or wrong items and each time I was told to pretty much go eff myself but the manager also accused me of drug seeking behavior. Drug seeking my seizure medicine? Really? Also, the pharmacy tech pulled out the race card on me for confusing her with a co-worker who could have been her sister. Horrible service, horrible pharmacy. I hope they close. I will never step foot in this store again.
Reported to my insurance company for fraudulent charges and to the BBB.

The pharmacy is horrible have to wait hours for one prescription that they say is ready but never is they are COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED !!!!

the WORST service ever. every employee has an attitude. waited inside one day for 35 MINUTES to pick up a prescription. waited 40 MINUTES one day for my prescription in the drive through and couldn't stay because i had an appointment so came back the next day and waited 55 MINUTES to get my prescription and when they FINALLY got it to me after terrible service they also stapled a hole through my card. will be switching pharmacy immediately.

Hours posted online and at the store said pharmacy closed at 7pm. waited in line at least 15 mins to be told at 611 pm they closed early and i could return tomorrow. i had already received a text that my script was ready for pick up. i called the store which said the hours were 7 pm. The pharmacist stood behind the rude lady and allowed this behavior. If you can’t deal with the public don’t have a customer service job.

Just switched to this pharmacy and I regret it. Drive tru lines are extremely long and time consuming. Was in line three times for over 30 mins and had to leave. Haven’t been able to get none of our medications because the line inside is just as long. When I finally got to speak to someone they say I have a copay which I’ve never had for any of those meds and been on them for 7 years. Came in to figure out what was going on but the line was barely moving. Another 15 mins wasted. At that time I had to get my kids from school. Now I’ve been on hold for 45 mins to figure out what’s going on with the billing. It’s just ridiculous, I’ve been in the medical field for 10 years. This is unacceptable, there are way too many people working there for this. Definitely pulling our scripts from there.
