“This location was smaller than many others and didn't have a very good selection for kitten/cat supplies. (That was the main purpose of our visit.) The salesperson was very helpful in finding what we were looking for.”

“We always love going to Dotty’s for our bird feed supply. The workers are always willing to help with decisions on what works best for us. My wife always gets excited when she walks by the parrots. Someday I’ll probably have to buy one. Lol”

“We've purchased several fish, supplies and a tortoise here. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff for first time owners. It's a little bit of a drive for us, but well worth it.”

“This is one of the best run stores I have been to. Employees are actively helpful and always looking to engage with customers. This is unusual in mass retail these days and really appreciate the consistently good experiences at this store.”
