“EDIT: Changed from 3 to 4 stars. Drastically different customer service today. Extremely pleasant experience. Not leaving 5 stars though because I was informed today that the cost to print one black and white page if it is emailed over us $1.00 a page. These are shockingly high prices and not even close to what we've been paying. Sad to have to find a new local printing solution :(
Past Review:
Before the change in ownership, I could email documents over the day before and pick them up the next day no problem. I've never had to call ahead as the staff regularly checked the email and if I sent it after hours, it was available the next day and already printed when I arrived. I always include detailed instructions for printing. The last several times doing this I have to ask them to check the email when I arrive and they have to do the printing then. I was told today that it was lucky it wasn't deleted since it was from yesterday.... although they never printed it.

“I was very impressed by the professional,polite and friendly person who waited on me and I was in and out in less than five minutes and my package was sent out the same day and it was insured for one hundred dollars for free and the item inside had no value whatsoever so that was nice and it only cost me $10.09 to send it from Flint Michigan to northwood Ohio by air and it arrived earlier than they estimated on my receipt and Tracking info sent by text. This was not what I expected but a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this Fed ex near Bishop airport in Flint Michigan.”

She quickly responded and followed up even when her terminal was no longer involved in the shipment. We ship anywhere from 275 to 320 LTL shipments a month with Estes so having experiences such as this really reconfirms that we are using the correct carrier for our LTL freight. “I love this place so much. Local place with very friendly workers. I take my UPS and USPS packages here for them to handle for me. They were closed one day and I had to take to a different UPS drop off and my package sat there for over a week. Learned my lesson and won't go anywhere else.”
