“First time at auto repair in Flint, moved here from California and have found my auto repair guys. Tuffy is where I will take my car From now on, they have the three most important things I require
Conveniently located
You can make an appointment
And most important they are honest,
They passed all my criteria and kudos to Doug and Aiden for friendly, knowledgeable honest service for my Honda Civic”
“Steve replaced the transmission in my 2020 Suburban (April 2025). I couldn’t be happier with the work, price and warranty. They were recommended by two different people and I will also be recommending Steve in the future.”
“Matt, Noah, Malachi, Dustin, and all the others there are top notch! They go out of their way to get you taken care of and back on the road quickly. This isn't just some part-time wrenches. These guys know how to properly diagnose, and repair your vehicle better than OEM. They work on more than diesel vehicles too they can take care of you gas vehicle just the same. They care, and the negative reviews about them don't believe them, get your work done here and you will not be disappointed!”

“While heading home from a trip I was alerted that my engine was overheating. I immediately pulled over and called Neal and he instructed me to get it towed in and not to attempt to drive it any further. The after hours drop off was easy and Neal called me promptly the next morning with their findings and an estimate. The entire process, from start to finish, was exceptional.”
