A good pharmacy if you're taking medications that don't matter or if you like to be upset.
They took 10 hours to get my pain medicine ready after an abdominal surgery (also hung up on my husband twice). Magically had it ready 10 minutes after he called back displeased.
Then i had another medication that i started withdrawing from because not only did they take hours upon hours for something that's always ready pretty quickly. They forgot about me when i was on hold multiple times and told me and my husband that my medicine had already been picked up by a delivery driver and wouldn't be delivered for hours even though it hadn't actually been picked up.
Now for today. I got a prescription for a medication I needed today. I told my doctor to send it to a different pharmacy. Somehow it went to walgreens anyway. Once again, I'm having an issue getting a medication that i need because everyone is too busy having a nice snack of Elmer's Glue instead of actually doing their jobs correctly. Finally got it after two hours and multiple phone calls.
A word of advice to the walgreens pharmacy workers: if this is too hard for you, there are easier jobs. The government also does provide checks for those that cant do their jobs correctly. Please pick A or B. Doesn't matter to me anymore though as my prescriptions will be picked up elsewhere and I'll be calling my doctor to make sure that doesn't happen again.

Extremely slow service i have gone aswell as drive through doesn't seem to help ethier way. Management needs to have more then one person working the windows or counters. Waited minimum 30min to pick up generic antibiotics...

Whenever I come to Walgreens to get my medication, it takes over an hour to get them. This is ridiculous! I know I need to switch to a different pharmacy, but I was trying to give them a chance.

Pack a lunch for when you have to pick up your prescriptions. I just waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Ridiculously slow. Inside or out, it doesn’t matter. SLOW.

The pharmacy is struggling mightily since Rite-Aid closed. It's been awful the past few months. I've finally had enough. Earlier this week I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes before getting my medications. This afternoon, I waited 20 minutes (drive-thru) before I had to leave the line to make it to another appointment. I returned this evening and went inside. This time I waited 10 minutes. I listen to those ahead of me in line, and many complain that only some of their prescriptions are being filled, and they have to return later for the rest. I feel bad for the employees. They can't keep their heads above water. Time to move on! Good-bye Walgreens.....

Gave my wife the wrong medication.
And a few weeks later repeatedly lost my insurance information after giving it to them in person.

Worst customer service ever and very inconvenient for their patients. If something is wrong with a prescription make sure you tell them everything that’s wrong with it so it can get dealt with in a timely manner. Spoke to someone earlier in the day after my medications were ordered and it was something on my end that needed to be fixed. Went to pick up my medications when everything was ready and it was something else out of my control. Now the pharmacy is almost closed and the doctor who prescribed me my medication had gone home for the day. Now I’m without my medication. When I called back to see if there was anything else that could be done, I was met with rudeness.

Due to poor service We understand why Walgreens is going out of business. Not a way to run a company.

I just went through the pharmacy drive thru and "donated" $15 to the cashier after he decided to claim I gave him a $5 instead of the $20... This is my second experience with the store the first one being signing up for a credit card and the cashier putting in the wrong information so I cannot access the account, and the card went to limbo. YAY.

Absolute, worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I have to fill the same script every month to the date for the last 10 years. I just moved to flint this year and had to start going a new Walgreens to fill my script, so this location, is the closest one to me.Thought maybe it was a “one off” with maybe a bad pharmacy/pharmacist staff on shift that day.Boy was I wrong, they would call to say my prescription is ready to pick up, but then specifically say they will sell to other people that have been customers longer than me, even though they rarely even pick up their prescriptions. So I gave it six months, month after month the same issue, but only the staff attitudes became worse and worse. My advice to anyone new to this, Walgreens, or the area, go to rite aid and save yourself the aggravation and belittlement.
