They socialized appropriately and made him feel very comfortable. Chase bank has fantastic tools that they provide to manage your account. My son already is using them better than me. “Everyones been very friendly and helpful. Ive been banking with them for some time without issue. I think the reason banks usually have poor reviews is because no one cares to leave a review except to complain. Like one person said. There were 4 ppl behind the desk and i had to wait. Lol those ppl werent able to assist u. Just because theres other employees there means nothing lol. They most likely werent even at a register.”
