They are going to tell you untruths to get you to purchase all kinds of extra services. Don't do it! I specifically asked questions and the salesperson, Justin, lied. You can always add them later after you look into it further to see what the real information is. We were lied to a few times and then no one helped us set up our phones to get them working because the store was closing. I had a very difficult time setting up my phone which took numerous calls to Verizon and trips to stores that we 15-20 miles away. I HATE getting a new phone with Verizon. They also lied to me about not having a contract. If you get a new plan, they make sure that you can't pay your phone off before 3 years. That way you are stuck with them. I have been with Verizon forever, but I am now looking to switch us all to AT&T. I have no more services and I am paying $40 more for the same services!

I had a great experience here. I was helped by Connor. He was polite, extremely efficient, and has a great personality. He pays attention to detail and was very helpful.

Store associate told me I could take my business elsewhere rather than resolving an issue that was caused by them. Verizon employees are only interested in making sales that benefit their pockets.

? terrible customer service. The Guys that work there are arrogant. They wouldn’t let me see the device and didn’t show me how to use it and it wasn’t activated. I would say multiple issues.

Sent my in-laws in to get a phone added to my line and the sales girl I spoke to on the phone said she would set them up with an I-Phone 15 which would have a $25 promotional credit applied each month. I agreed to this over the phone but the elderly in-laws ended walking out of the store with the I-Phone 15 Plus which added $3 to my bill plus she sent them home with a box for home internet that was charged to my account without my consent. It sad to see sales people take advantage of the elderly that have no idea what they are getting into when being told it is free.
I would not shop at this store and hope the sales people get some training and morals.

Online says they’re open till 7. We come in ready to make an upgrade and a purchase and nobody mentioned it closing at 6pm. Until we were already half way through the process nobody was helping us with, I’m assuming the guy was new which was fine but everyone seemed so uninterested. 6pm came around and I’m assuming the manager said “Unfortunately guys, we close at 6 so I’m going to have to ask you to leave and come back tomorrow. Our hours online aren’t updated but we close at 6 and we don’t have time to help you but we open at 10am”. It normally wouldn’t be a big deal but it would have been nice to know before we already started the process that you didn’t have time for us. Not a huge fan of this store at all

Staff were very helpful, no matter how long the process took, they made every effort to make sure we were sorted. I enjoy being with Verizon for that reason! Always great service..
