I went in to make an appointment with Jake a new employee who works there, but he starts Monday June 1st. The young lady has no idea what his hours are?? So I will go in the morning to make an appt or hopefully be seen.

Marlon and the staff jumped in to help me port over my phone while I waited. I picked up my new S25 Ultra and switched over from tmobile. Marlon multi tasked and helped other customers as I was waiting for things to load and handled everything very efficiently. He answered all my questions and was personable.

Good People, Easy to talk with, and do there best to assist you with your issues, seem to have experience in the Cell phone info! I will go back and see them anytime I have problems with my Cell phone or just simple things !
