Online says they’re open till 7. We come in ready to make an upgrade and a purchase and nobody mentioned it closing at 6pm. Until we were already half way through the process nobody was helping us with, I’m assuming the guy was new which was fine but everyone seemed so uninterested. 6pm came around and I’m assuming the manager said “Unfortunately guys, we close at 6 so I’m going to have to ask you to leave and come back tomorrow. Our hours online aren’t updated but we close at 6 and we don’t have time to help you but we open at 10am”. It normally wouldn’t be a big deal but it would have been nice to know before we already started the process that you didn’t have time for us. Not a huge fan of this store at all

Staff were very helpful, no matter how long the process took, they made every effort to make sure we were sorted. I enjoy being with Verizon for that reason! Always great service..

Go to store for help and told nope can’t take care of you cause we close in 45 minutes. Next appointment is not till noon next day then you still have to wait for a available associates. Horrible customer service !!!

The sale of the phone was good and answered all questions but then the help stopped once bill was paid. I paid 30.00 to get them to transfer my old phone info to the new phone, the lady disappeared and I eneded up doing it myself and still charged the 30.00 and did it myself. Handed off old phone and she was all worked up that screen was cracked, for one it was just the cover so screen was fine but shouldn’t they have looked at that before I paid and did the deal on the new phone? Lesson learned never pay for the transfer Apple phone will walk you through how to do it so no need to pay the 30.00

Horrible customer service and rude staff. One staff member did assist us in the end and wasn’t rude. The manager was rude and short tempered. I had to call Verizon in order to have my questions answered and be assisted, just to told by them that the store should be able to assist. After deciding to purchase a phone and do everything ourselves, we had to wait after checking in while three staff members sat around not helping or doing anything. I would recommend purchasing your phone from elsewhere as that is all the store will do.I can’t reply to the response from Verizon so I’ve added it here. There are several complaints (from those that took the time to file one and I imagine there are many more that haven’t). Yet, the response from you is repetitive and robotic. Instead of replying the same post to all the complaints, try actually addressing the issues. Customer service and professionalism are obviously not priorities.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Customer rep at the door screening customers was rude, impatient, and would not give me a chance to speak or ask questions. I took my business elsewhere.

I’ve never had problems at any Verizon store, until I visited this one. My mom came here the other week to drop off my trade-in, and was told that she couldn’t. I then come in today to try and drop off my trade-in but am told my mom is the only authorized user on the account, so she’s the only one that can drop it off. You know, the SAME person who tried to return it the other week and was told she couldn’t. I understand there are procedures you need to follow, but this location and their employees are terrible at customer service. No one there even acted like they wanted to help me. It was, “No, YOU have to do this. I can’t help you. Figure it out yourself.” Last time I checked, you’re there to do a job, so please do us all a favor and do it. As someone who has always worked in customer service, this place is an embarrassment. Verizon should be ashamed of this location.

What 5g service ? Where ? This store sells 5g service and they don't even get 5g service in the store ??? I barely have 4g???? How does going to the store and being told thereis no 5g service gonna help me out ? Stop selling service you don't have !!!

Horrible experience. Manager Jared was extremely rude and should not work in customer service. Calling Verizon was way more helpful than visiting this location.

Terrible experience. Sales rep, Skyler has no inherent understanding of customer service and should be required to take a course in delivering customer service. We will travel to the next nearest Verizon store to ensure better service. Worth the drive to never deal with that again.
