“I went in yesterday needing help with choosing the correct size box for a package I needed to send to Virginia. I had previously gone to Dollar General and Walmart, and the boxes were not working out. They were either too big or too small for the things I needed to send. The kind lady at the counter and a gentleman, who seemed like he was training someone, were extremely helpful! They both very kindly helped me with my box situation so everything I wanted to send could fit. I came back the next day, saw the same two people who helped me, and I told them I was very happy with the box they gave me. It was still a little big, but I was able to cut it down on each corner, like they had told me, so it would fit better to my liking. I eventually got it to the perfect size to ship and for everything to fit nicely. I was very happy and told them from now on, I will only get my shipping boxes from them because it was perfect!! This is the only UPS store I go to!! 😁 They were very welcoming and provided exceptional customer service. Also, I have done a few Amazon returns and they were extremely helpful then as well! ☺”
