“Good experience with Bill Ditty in sales. Obviously very experienced people person. Knows his store and his products. Answered questions as they arise and gives room to roam and contemplate while keeping an eye from a distance, always following the customer's lead. The way it should be. No pressure. No disappearance. No locked-in chitchat with coworkers.
I ultimately bought a couch from him. That review to follow when I receive it in a few months.”
“I truly enjoyed my experience as a girls night out. My girlfriend/bf/sis and 3 daughters all had a ball with the experienced staff that was not just friendly but knowledgable of scent combinations. What I like about this place is that they have a variety of things that one can create with a variety of scents for an occassion/room in your home.”
“I called 30 minutes prior to closing and made it 10/15 min before the shop closed. My mother has had experience with Ram Creations in the past but this my first time.The sales associate helping me was very polite and helpful despite it being the end of the day. She helped me find something within my budget and the piece I ended up purchasing is beautiful. As this is a gift for an expectant mother, I do wish the exchange policy was longer than 2 weeks but I understand given the nature of the field (fluctuation in gold prices, chances of the item being used).Overall I appreciate the efficient and helpful service provided.”

“Let’s start with the fact that I have never had a good experience with a furniture purchase or company in the past- I always feel pressured and like they are just there for the sale not for the help. This was the exact opposite of that! Bob’s came through for us! We knew what we were looking for but still wanted to look around. John approached us at the door and told us to look around and yell for him when we were ready. We were given time to explore and when we had questions, John helped- he didn’t follow us around and try to be salesy! He gave us great advice and worked out the details how we wanted them for what we all thought would work best in our home. He genuinely made us feel like he cared. When we made decisions we were able to take advantage to a few different payment options making financing very easy. Brittney helped with that- she was super nice and explained how everything works. Our delivery date is set for next week, but so far this was the best furniture purchase experience I have ever had! We will go back and ask for John!”

“Overall the store was good and wide space the only thing I didn’t like was asking for help since I forgot something in my cart I asked the store manager to help me and he gave me attitude and talked to me like I wasn’t understanding him I unfortunately didn’t get a name but he was an older wider guy that’s my only complaint hopefully he has a better day another day.”
“One of the best furniture stores I have been to. As long as you can fit the items in your vehicle you get to go home with fully assembled pieces and the materials the pieces are made of are much higher quality than anything you'd get from Crate & Barrel or Wayfair”

“I am amending a previous negative review based on a rude sales clerk. That appears to have been a one off situation and all of my interactions with the staff there have been pretty great since that initial review. I do find that they have a great selection of herbs. I also had some reason to inquire about how to address issues with my herb garden and had a very knowledgeable staff member provide recommendations that ended up helping to improve the health of my garden. I am going back today to get some ideas about creating an indoor herb garden and hope to have the same positive experience.”

“Our whole mattress shopping experience was wonderful due to the fact that our sales lady Robin was patient and took the time to inform us about each mattress and quality so we could make the best choice for our sleeping styles. The day of our delivery was perfect. The two men were kind and very helpful. Called ahead and arrived in a timely manner. Took away the old mattress and helped me set up the mattress skirt for a king size. Highly recommend this team. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Definitely in good hands.”

“Our roller shade was stuck halfway open and I called Royal Crest in a panic late on a Friday afternoon after finding them listed as a dealer of our Color Lux shade hoping they could help. Mark was awesome and helped us determine that we were missing a charger for the battery. He called Color Lux on our behalf and had them send the charger out to us. Mark was so kind to help us out when we had no clue who our shade was from or why it wasn’t working. We are grateful for their amazing service and will work with them next time we are looking to buy window treatments!”
“Good place to shop, VERY expensive prices!!! The clothing selection there is very interesting from a teenager's point of view. They also have some unique items such as a "Joshua Tree" in a can, miniature tube man for your desk, etc. I wish that we saw Urban Outfitters get it's own separate store in Michigan.”

“Discount Office Equipment is GREAT! We relocated our office and purchased all new furniture from DOE. Pricing was very competative. Customer service was exceptional. Communication was key. We got constant updates on when our furniture would arrive. Installation was done correctly and the installers were very professional. I appreciated the free delivery and free installation (other companies wanted to charge over $4K just to install).
We are very happy with our new office furniture and will definately used them again for any future office furniture purchases.”

“Absolutely my favorite store in Birmingham- Mother and Son owned- they have created this amazing space! I love the foundation and love behind this store and the talent as well. The Son, who goes to NYC and shops fashion- brings back beautiful unique pieces. I bought a beautiful navy blue Nicole Miller dress from there and I had an issue with the zipper and they helped me and accommodated me … and taught me how to properly zip up the zipper as well… ???.
