Quality auto work, for less than half the cost the dealership quoted me. And I never felt rushed or like they were upselling. They really take their time to hear your concerns and explain their services/policies. No surprise charges. And they're good at keeping you updated on your car's status while it's being worked on.”
“The gentlemen who answered my call was great. I called the shop to ask some questions about repairs needed and maintenance recommendations. The gentlemen on the phone (Jason or James?) was extremely helpful, while other shops I called were clearly bothered by all my questions. He answered every one of my questions in detail. He was very patient and I appreciate it because I do not know a lot about cars and need quite a bit of work done. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely set up an appointment with them for future repairs because of it.”

In Detroit, where car theft is a real concern, it gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my car was safe. They patched my tire quickly, took great care of me, and had me back on the road in no time. I Stumbled across this diamond in the rough shop because I needed another opinion on my vehicles repairs because the shop down the road quoted me nearly $500 for a simple repair ... In total I paid less than half of what I was originally quoted and received excellent service I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS IF YOU NEED ANY VEHICLE REPAIRS !

“Franklin is the go-to for servicing an out-of-warranty vehicle. They are very professional with clean estimates and no b.s. It's hard to find good service in this day and age, but these guys offer it in spades. (I think they must also be the candy & gum shop of choice for the town's kids because their counter selection is incredible! ?)”
