“I had nothing bad to say. The only problem I had is that I was too short to see the lock word on my key box (I was assigned the top box for my key pick up). Thank goodness my son was with me. Otherwise it was the best rental experience ever. I’m a big fan of this process and the truck was perfect for my needs. I got the 10 foot box truck for my son’s move to an apartment. It was easy to load, drive and unload. Probably the cleanest, best maintained rental I’ve ever received.”
“Shawn and Jennifer were so amazing to work with. Highly recommend this business. They made renting our uhaul so easy and they were so nice. Will definitely return if we need to move or use storage.”
“I’ve had a wonderful experience with Compass Self Storage on 14 Mile in Warren. The facility is very clean, the staff is accommodating, and the manager is exceptionally kind and respectful. Their prices are also hard to beat. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for clean, affordable storage and great customer service!”
“Great experience! Clean and friendly! They give donations to the kids with cancer and that really impressed me. Also, Brittany was so helpful and informative. Thanks guys!”
“Truly great experience!
Franco on the pickup, Grant (I think those were the names) on the return - both were friendly, helpful, and explained everything.
The truck itself was a 2025 model 1-ton diesel, low mileage, clean, and ran flawlessly. I really appreciated it being an LT trim, not work truck, as I had a 4000 mile drive in a week. Highly recommended!”
“I was stuck with a lift gate that wouldn’t work I thought I wasn’t getting home tonight but thankfully Casey came out and helped me out faster then any service I’ve had thanks a ton Casey I get to go home to my family tonight”

“The trailer worked great for transporting our motorcycle. Easy to lead and tons of tie down locations. The gate pins were worn and we did strap the gate closed to lessen the amount to noise from the loose gate. The uhaul location provided great service during pickup and drop off.”
“Customer service was excellent, just for a Tow Dolly U-Haul requested to much personal information including my pictures additional to driver license and major credit card.”

“Easy process. Rented online, just had to go in to get our keys. Only wish they would have told us what time they closed so we were better prepared when we arrived back to turn in the truck only to find everyone gone and building locked up!”

“I got my trailer on time, and all my questions about the in-store merchants I was interested in were answered. They have a great selection, and you can even rent or buy an awesome dolly there. The whole process was quick — I was in and out fast. When I returned the equipment, the receiver took care of it right away. Smooth and easy experience overall!”
