“What's not to like...wide, clean isles, well-stocked, efficient and friendly cashiers with plenty of parking spots available.
I found the prices to exceptional. There was stock for most anything you are looking for. Unlike some bargain stores, I did not have to push dropped or sloppy set up of items aside so I can maneuver mom in her wheelchair; the floor was free of trash or misplaced items...yay!
They have excellent bargains for office products, decorations, food, laundry, etc. I like that they had Poastems as an alternative to Toastems as Poestems have way more filling inside. Unfortunately they did not have any unfrosted Poastems so I did not buy any...that hard, overly sweet, sugar frosting is disgusting to me.

“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”
“This store is neat, clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly. I like this store because they seem to have more stock than the store on 23 Mile Road. I visit both stores weekly and this one is my favorite.”
“I love this place for 1) gift wrapping supplies, 2) small candy indulgences, 3) young child amusements, 3) inexpensive cleaning supplies. Definitely cheaper than 7-11 for snacks, too”

“HUGE selection of items and well organized. Very easy to overspend here. They have multiple holiday decor out all the time (Christmas, valentines. And valentines and Easter!) they are on top of the game. Huge store, clean, nice employees.”

“This was the second Dollar Tree that did not have the Medicated Body Powder that I usually buy. The Eastpointe, (9 Mile Road and I-94) location nor the 8 Mile Road Store; east of Kelly Road had it either. But because the 8 Mile Road store isn't well stocked with items I normally use, it's a rare occasion that I even shop there and it's closer to me than the other two. Most of the time, the 10 Mile Road and Gratiot Dollar Tree has more items than the others in this area.”
“This place is clean and organized and not like other location you go to, but if you’re trying to find Enfamil formula then they don’t have it here. They do have other brand like Similac. I do shop here for other basic needs such as paper towels, toilet papers, milk and baby diapers if I don’t feel like going to Meijer’s.”

“This is a real dollar store. Weird smell water leaking roof but literally they have everything. Like back in the day when a dollar store had anything from charcoal fluid to C hooks to those battery operated boats for the bathtub that took 2Aa batteries and sank after the 2nd lap around the tub.”

About a week ago I was frantically looking for a store to load money onto my Netspend card. Your employee, I found out today, whose name is Jaylen, was very professional, and provided excellent customer service. Due to his excellent attitude, I decided to see if I could pay money on 2 of my credit cards at this location. I was waited on by, yes get this, another wonderful employee, Andrina!(I apologize if I misspelled her name, I had the nerve to ask her to spell it, but I still may have spelled it wrong). She was very proficient with my 2 credit card transactions, and very friendly while ringing up my basket full of items. She even helped me get my items situated to get in my car. I couldn't let tonight pass without recognizing Jaylen & Andrina! They are both assets to Family Dollar! Sincerely,

“The women there today went out of their way to get balloons I needed for my daughters birthday! They ran out of helium and the manager heard while she was in her office and went to the back right away to get a new tank.”

“Well organized and put together store. Staff helpful abd will assist to locate requested items. Well stocked shelves. I do enjoy this location. Sometimes stock seems to build up in the isles. Since they changed their prices I have noticed that not only has the cost gone up by .25 cents ,but it appears items that were a 3-4 pack are now in 2-3 packs so the prices have increased more than their stated .25cents ( example,disposable aluminum pans). Disappointing. I would give them one star because of how they changed price and cut back on package count but because staff is helpful and the store rather clean I will give them 4 stars.”

I never see her do anything besides stocking and cleaning but she always says hello with a smile and if I need help looking for an item she seems to know if they have it or not and where exactly it is.Once she even went so far as to look in the backroom to get me what I was looking for.
