“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”

After being delayed and turned away at another Dollar Tree (Hazel Park) , I was already stressed and running on a tight schedule for an event I was responsible for setting up. I had food and supplies in my car and needed to get to the venue as soon as possible. I called this location to explain my situation, and from the very first moment, Sarah was patient, understanding, and reassuring. She listened to my concerns without interrupting and immediately let me know they could help me by filling my balloons.
When I arrived at the store, the staff was already aware of my situation and ready to assist. They took my balloons right away, checked that everything was in order, and began filling them without delay. There was no unnecessary questioning, no confusion about policies, and no hesitation. They worked efficiently while still being friendly and professional, making sure the balloons were filled properly and handled with care.
The team also showed great awareness of my time constraints. They communicated clearly with me throughout the process, let me know what to expect, and made sure I wasn’t left waiting or wondering what was going on. Their calm, positive attitude helped turn what had been a very stressful situation into a smooth and manageable experience.
Sarah and her staff went above and beyond what I expected. Instead of making things difficult, they chose to be helpful, supportive, and solution-oriented. Because of their quick action and excellent customer service, I was able to leave the store promptly and make it to my event without further delays.
This location is a perfect example of how customer service should be done. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference in my night. I will absolutely return to this Dollar Tree and recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, friendly service.

“This place is clean and organized and not like other location you go to, but if you’re trying to find Enfamil formula then they don’t have it here. They do have other brand like Similac. I do shop here for other basic needs such as paper towels, toilet papers, milk and baby diapers if I don’t feel like going to Meijer’s.”

About a week ago I was frantically looking for a store to load money onto my Netspend card. Your employee, I found out today, whose name is Jaylen, was very professional, and provided excellent customer service. Due to his excellent attitude, I decided to see if I could pay money on 2 of my credit cards at this location. I was waited on by, yes get this, another wonderful employee, Andrina!(I apologize if I misspelled her name, I had the nerve to ask her to spell it, but I still may have spelled it wrong). She was very proficient with my 2 credit card transactions, and very friendly while ringing up my basket full of items. She even helped me get my items situated to get in my car. Our store is consider one of the cleanest and well organized store than ones they've been to recently according to multiple customers ?our store is one of the most stock stores. As of today we now sell Backwoods so please come on in and get your supplies here at you favorite Family Dollar Store in Warren. Towels are always full except in middle of updating the schematics like in that picture.”
