Not enough tellers to wait on drive thru guests and walk in guests. The wait seemed longer than usual.

I’ve never had any problem at this location everybody That works there has been super nice and courteous and respectful. I do however wish they had more PNC branches available but as far as this one goes, I think it’s run very well with fantastic people.

They are short staffed and you have to wait a lot of the time but the people that work there are always very kind and sweet. I feel bad that they don't have enough help, but they still have a smile day in and day out. Viola is the best!!
