“I was changing my debit card at this PNC bank and Pearl is a very nice person. His was helping about cancel my old debit card that is scam from some websites that I didn’t not sign up for. I felt bad about it. If anyone looking to do the same thing. I would recommend go to this bank is not busy and manager is very helpful. I’m happy about it???”

“I don’t normally deal with anyone from this branch. I’m closer to the Frasier location. But I needed something from my own branch and my branch manager was on vacation the week before Easter, I was routed over to the manager at the Saint Clair Shores location who was covering for that manager.
Much to my surprise it was one of the nicest and most helpful customer service experiences I have had in years. The manager at this location, whose name is Kim could not have been any nicer or any more helpful! It honestly was a pleasure to have gotten her on the phone.
Just when you think that customer service is a lost or forgotten art someone like Kim comes along and renews your faith in humanity. PNC, I hope you’re listening this lady is somebody every manager within your many locations could take advantage of learning from.

“I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to the wonderful ladies at this location (I wish I had the business card with me to put their names, but I believe the ladies name started with a D) Thursday I stopped in due to an issue receiving my paycheck, later to find out that an employee at a different location had changed my account completely around and my paycheck was sitting in a closed account. Despite the situation, and how messy it was, the lady taking care of me went above and beyond. She tried everything she could, made multiple calls, even brought in 2 other ladies (who were wonderful as well) to see if they could think of a way to help me. She literally tried everything. She listened to my problem, treated the situation as if she was in my shoes, and was so kind to not only me, but my 3 year old who had to tag along with me. I wish there was a way to give her the commission that the man made off of closing my account & reopening a new one without my knowledge. She deserves it more than anyone! 10/10 recommend this location for any PNC clients. Thank you for the help!!”
