“I brought my 2017 Lexus RX 350 FSport to the Lexus dealership (stealership) to get a diagnosis for my car was stalking and the engine light was on. The stealership completed the diagnosis and stated that all of my fuel injector were faulty or going bad. They quoted $5,000 for parts and labor. I laughed and said “ you got to kidding me.” The service rep said everything pointed to my fuel injectors. He said I had 12, 6 port and 6 direct. Of course, I’m the type of person that gets a second opinion. So, I picked up my car and brought it Rob ( the Car Guy) for diagnostic and I gave Rob the paperwork and codes from the dealer with had P0175, 0P174 and one other which I cannot remember. However, all three codes printed to sensors ( Evap purse, MAF and one more). Of course, I did research for about a month reading and getting an understand of the EVAP system on my car as well as other knowledge and I was successful at finding awesome mechanics and very informative videos to assist me in my search. When Rob explained to me the issue with my vehicle I had knowledge and understanding of what rich/lean meant as it relates to my vehicle. Rob is very knowledgeable and has years of experience. He’s a amazing mechanic, and has excellent customer service. He’s also knowledgeable about cars. When Rob diagnosed my car, he found the issue to be the Evap. Purse sensor. The sensor (Evap) was stuck opened. He replaced the sensor that cost $141.00 (OEM part). I haven’t had any stalling or the engine light being illuminated. He reset all the codes and sent me in my way. So I wanted to write this review to encourage someone to do your research. Don’t just listen to the dealer because they are the dealer and just because they are the dealer doesn’t mean they’re honest. Rob is a honest mechanic which is very hard to find. While they are diagnosing your car, you need to diagnose them and make sure they are not running a scam on you. It’s really unfortunate that we live in a world where all that is care about is ?. Do your research. Bring your car to the Car Guy. He’s exceptional. ?”

“I drove into their lot this morning on a rim, 3 crappy tires and $70 to my name with the hope I could at least get 1 very needed used tire. I left with 4 brand new tires and the feeling that my child is safer now in my car. Lee was amazing and super helpful. He was able to get me financed for 4 tires, even with my crap credit, and a life road warranty. So, now driving thru construction zones and places with heavy debris, I don’t have to worry as much that I will run over something that will puncture my new tires. Even if that happens I know I can bring my car right back here and be taken care of without having to come out of my pocket again. They were quick too. “These gentlemen did phenomenal work on my car. I went in with a Groupon and an appointment to get an oil change and a brakes fix. They informed me that my hub bearing needed to be replaced, if not immediately then very soon. Which is really interesting, because I had taken my car into another local shop down the road, about three months ago for this exact issue. This other shop didn't tighten my axle nut properly. (Which a little background on that, I had to take my car into that other shop roughly seven times. They really messed my car up not just the hub bearing.) Mr. Breaks guys informed me that there was substantial damage to the hub bearing. These guys had no information whatsoever on the past maintenance or destruction of my vehicle. They identified and SOLVED an almost four month issue! Not only is their work profound, thier work is everything compared to what I've been sentenced to before by other repair shops. The customer service is great, all the gentlemen in the shop were extremely kind and allowed my to wait in their waiting room. One guy even asked if I needed a ride home, but I didn't have a way to pick my car back up. A ride home would have been silly, it only took one hour and a half for them to assess, identify, and fix my car. They ordered the hub bearing that I needed while I was sitting in their office, and still completed the job in an hour and a half! I'm used to waiting three days to a week for repairs like this!
