From meeting Marsha, to BJ coming by to make sure what we wanted would work, to the two Brian's that did the installation! All very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Our floors came out beautiful and project completed when they said it would be done! They didn't try to upsell us to something more expensive yet recommended flooring that would work for our needs, and kept us within our budget! They all went above and beyond and if anyone we know is looking for flooring we will definitely be recommending Designer's Touch!

“O'Connors did everything in their power to redo the floors to almost my entire house before I moved in and they look absolutely gorgeous! My only minor gripe would be that they installed metal transition pieces instead of the more expensive matching ones I bought without asking me, but they didn't charge me for the metal ones and the logic behind why they did it makes sense and meant they were listening to me when I talked about future reno projects. They said they would install the more expensive pieces when I do those floors, which I absolutely plan to hire them in the future for that too! Excellent work from O'Connors!!”
