My plane was delayed in Detroit. I called Enterprise, explained the problem. They said I would get what I had reserved when I got there. The sales representative was very kind, and even.had the car brought up to the door. Because I had to suitcases and carry one to get to the vehicle. Very very good customer service.

Had to rent vehicle on short notice. Very good service from gentleman at counter. Still waiting for receipt from Bay City who picked up car 1 day early
