“Jason was very helpful and you can tell he cares about people. I was pretty fustrated and having a rough day not knowing what’s going on with my car and multiple people telling me different answers. He let me come in and evaluate my car within ten minutes of calling and gave me a couple answers I was searching for! He knows his stuff. Highly recommend muffler man!”

“Please read this whole review. I believe the “lead’s” name was Samantha. (The only girl working Sunday morning September 21st at the midland location near US 10) she gave me the best experience I’ve ever had there. I do all my own maintenance outside of oil changes on this vehicle. Usually even after saying I only want an oil change I get asked if I want this or that and it takes a bunch of extra time. She was very nice, still went over all of the recommended services and explained how much and how long it would take. I usually dread going there for my oil change, but because of how well of a job Samantha and the other technicians did, it gives me hope that maybe things are changing for the better. If you could please train others to be more like Samantha, that would be great!!! 100/10 would recommend anyone to go there because of how good of a job Samantha did! (I really hope that is her name) ?”
“My wife came in on Saturday and she brought our two cars in and we are very happy the one guy that worked on our Buick she thinks it’s Cody but not sure when asked how low the tires where he told her 28 psi and told her how everything was and they where busy every one in the shop was working hard thank you for your service and I’ll be coming back for sure I hope Cody will still be there I want him to work on our cars every time”

“They are efficient and honest. Originally my electronic fix was going to cost almost $1000 but it ended up up not needing the expensive part originally thought so my cost ended up being under $400! Some other shops might have lied that they put the new part in and charged me the higher price. Not these guys! They’ve earned my business for sure. Mechanic Todd is truly amazing!”
