“I love this pharmacy. They are so much more patient and helpful than chain pharmacies. It's wonderful to not have to wait in a 20 min line before being able to get your meds. Anytime there's an issue with a prescription, they do what they can to fix it, where others have told me I needed to call the doctors and figure it out. They also know you by name. I have 6 people in my household and they know me, and which kids are mine when I come. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone that's tired of dealing with chains”

“The pharmacists and staff at this Walmart raise the bar to new heights in ways that make you feel cared for. You might think of reading a sign at a physician’s office that says “Please allow us at least 72 hours to fill or refill your prescriptions.” It’s the same way at the gas pump or a hotel “Funds will be released within a 72 hour hold.” The way Melissa and her team read, staff, counsel, assist patients, along with a store remodel, comparing prices to GoodRx to help you save money, complete inventory etc. You don’t need an appointment. The average staff tenure is more than 5 years (you can read their name tags), you can have the pharmacy text you when your script is ready. When you go to a restaurant, just because you see empty tables does not mean they are not busy. This pharmacy is busy, but they are also a place of excellence. Accuracy is more important than speed. Kenda, Crystal, Jillian, Alex, Aaron, Tammy, Karen, Ashley and Sherry couldn’t be any more compassionate. That’s just who they are - unselfish professionals. Enjoy your experience!”

“I had a GREAT experience with the pharmacy today. I drove straight there from Urgent Care (3minute drive). At the window I said that I would be shocked if you had my rx ready already. She checked, said that they just received it (electronically), but could probably have it ready in 10 minutes. I don't think it was even two full minutes! Great/fast service and this was NOT an emergency drug that I needed.”

“Finally! A Rite Aid that has they’re stuff together. I broke my back, and several other things in a car accident in September. When I was discharged from the hospital I had to deal with the absolute worst pharmacy staff I’ve ever seen. It’s tittabawassee. Rude and have no idea what they’re doing. I didn’t have enough problems already I had to deal with an incompetent, rude pharmacist too. I also have memory problems but I’m pretty sure I spoke to Brittany a tech thismorning. She told me when my meds would be ready and they had them ready early. With no one making me feel bad. Awesome experience. Thanks Brittany. They should put you at other stores to show the staff how to treat people that are sick. Your awesome.Update, this pharmacist is the best and caring I have ever dealt with. Wonderful customer service and patience. Thank you for making me feel cared for.”

“Had an amazing experience in this store Friday! The new store manager went above and beyond for me in helping me get my issue solved in pharmacy when I was very rudely sent away from the other local Walgreens after being said they didn’t have time to help me. Then again in photo, great customer service! There was also a young man who was helping me at the register and made my experience even more pleasant and the overall experience I received at this location saved Walgreens from losing a customer. Thank you to Jessica, Bryson, and the entire pharmacy staff who’s named I didn’t get. It’s wonderful to see how much this store has changed and everyone is so much happier just in the last couple months! Great job Walgreens making some much needed changes to personnel and the management in this store! Will be coming here instead of down then road and will recommend everyone I know to do the same!”
“The wait time in the line can be a bit long, but I still like getting my medicine from this pharmacy. The only issue I run into - and maybe it's a problem within their system, but I will get texts or automated calls that my prescription is ready, but when I get there - it's not.”
