I showed her what I was looking for and she immediately looked up the sku and found it for me. She was also helping me look for drill bit sets, but being so close to Christmas, they were out. I thanked her and continued shopping. This sweet lady came and found me in the store with a drill bit set in her hand that was on sale in a different location. I was so happy, bless her heart. She helped me with clothing as well & cleared up questions about clearance items.
