“I'd like to start by giving a big shout out to Avery the associate in Jared the store manager I originally called another Napa locally here in Muskegon with not so good results considering he is apparently a independently owned Napa dealer in not dealer on anyhow the guy was so rude with me I couldn't even tell him what kind of a part number I had for the battery just told me that if I didn't buy the battery the battery was no Nolan Boyd and that's when I said why I got the tractor from my brother it sounds like some guy down the road sold it to me I know the name on the receipt all I'd like you to do is look up the battery warranty well he wouldn't even do that I couldn't get the part number out that was until I called the fruitport NAPA store and Avery took his time patiently worked through the situation to figure out what the warranty was on the battery which it was dead no more warranty on a funny note I had a garage fire and the battery I had in my John Deere was a die-hard it's still taking a charge unlike the Napa one but the guys there at Napa was such a nice guys even plugged me on a special that's going on the rest of the month of April I got some identical lawn and garden battery half the price we'll see if the Napa takes a charge on the trickle charger or the tender so I got a little time if you need not only good parts but great service go to auto parts store in fruitport and skip the privately owned store on laketon the guy don't know how to talk to his customers but Avery the associate and Jared the managers two thumbs up all the way around”

“I never got around to it because life got in the way. I struck a deer last October. And when Gerber said it would be after January before my car would get fixed, Gary got me in ASAP, had a loaner for me to use and fixed my little red fusion right up. He did great work! He helped me walk through this process as I have never made a claim since I was in high school which my father helped me with that. And overall…. Couldn’t be happier.
