We explained our need to repair pilings on a deck. He listened carefully then spent time looking for solutions on the internet and helping us consider various options. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nat wrote down the information for us and wished us well. We appreciate Nat's intelligence and great customer service.”

“My boys favorite place to visit, I've been going to this place for years and have developed a friendship with the store manager Mike. He is extremely professional and always takes care of any situation or product I need. Now to talk about everyone else, the girls who work the front desk when you come in are extremely polite and respectful. They know my boy and always give him treats, he loves that!
