“Just went into Meijer (like everyone else in town) last minute to grab the last few things for Christmas tomorrow. Yes 4pm on Christmas Eve, I had the most PLEASANT experience. Cheerful, smiling employees working SOOOOO hard. Bryce in the self checkout moved the line through so fast, the whole shopping trip took twenty minutes from start to finish. “There is a Contract Postal Unit inside this grocery store. You can mail out packages, and buy stamps at the same prices you'd pay at a standard post office. There are some services you can only do at a standard post office, so if you are trying to mail an item that might require a special service, you might want to call first. They do not accept any credit/debit cards for payment on postage or stamps. They also offer bill payment, money order, and limited money wiring services as well. They do not offer check cashing. Their hours are, M-F 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-12pm, Sunday closed. They are closed on national holidays also. If you have questions about or problems with your mail, you'll want to call a standard post office, as Contract Units don't handle the actual delivery of mail.”
