Very nice staff! I came here instead of the Muskegon / Norton Shores locations because I was wary of their bad reviews. Absolutely worth the few extra miles! Staff member was very patient, thoroughly explained the process, and had me in and out quickly. Would recommend this place if you are new to mailing.
