“I love this post office. l love my regular mail lady. I can always tell when theres a sub. Last time they skipped a bunch of houses (mine included). Ended up calling the branch and a very nice lady apologized profusely and let me know what happened. Its not the post offices fault, it was the subs fault.”
“CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR POST OFFICE.. I WAS WRITING A REVIEW ON DEWHITE THAT HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHY I RECEIVED A CERTIFIED LETTER AND HE STUCK WITH ME FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR ,HOUR AND A HALF CALL ME BACK.. “I do not live here, but I had sent an order to this town and the tracking was messed up. After submitting a request to find my package online, I received a call 1 hour later from a lady that works here. She had found my package and was so kind and helpful on the phone. I rarely experience such kindness from USPS workers and she completely changed my view of USPS as a whole!”
“Dropped off my packages there after having repeated issues with a neighboring post office. The clerk was very nice and the lady standing next to her was apparently the post master. As my packages were being scanned I asked a few questions about packaging scanning and drop off deadlines . The post master who was working on something else over heard and took interest in my issue . Got the details and was going to call the other office on my behalf. Great service. Great caring. I appreciated the help and caring . Thank you!”
