“Brought my truck in for 2 dents in the door from another truck, it was really bad in my opinion. I didn’t think door dents could be fixed this well. I expected and hoped it would look a little better and not stand out so bad when clean. I’m just about convinced they put a new door on it and couldn’t be happier. Fair price, especially in today’s expensive world. Also each person working there was as friendly as one can come, especially David! If something comes up I won’t hesitate to go back.”

“I really appreciate the staff here. There was a repair I needed done that I figured would have to be done by the Dealership because no other shop could figure out what's wrong. Called to other dealerships and they told me it would take a week or more just to look at my vehicle. Suburban said they can diagnose same day and get started on repairs the next day. They literally did just that! I was worried because I know repairs at the dealership can be costly, but at least I know it was done right. However, I want to speak on Rob. One of the techs who processed the intake. AMAZING guy. Very courteous, very helpful, and I truly appreciate his customer service. If I ever need repairs done at a Dealership again, I know who to call!”

“My first visit here, I got my water pump replaced, paid, and went about my business. I got a call from Mike, later that week, on that Sunday, saying he was going over his books and noticed I was charged $40 extra by mistake. I had no idea and would have never known. That honesty spoke volumes to me. I have since only taken my car, my wife's car, and even our company vehicles to Mars.
This time around, I was told I needed a thermostat and also asked Mike to check my breaks. He confirmed I needed a new thermostat and said that I should replace my rear shocks, but let me know my brakes still had about 30% life left. That was good to hear since my brakes aren't cheap at all.
Most shops lack honesty. That adds uncertainty and skeptism. I can assure you Mike is a man of his word. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.”

“I went to Friend's Auto because my car, a 2001 Ford Taurus at the time, would not accelerate all of a sudden. Since they do not do transmission work, they referred me to Dewey's, telling me they are the very best at what they do. This incident happened within the last 10yrs, maybe. I have not visited Dewey's in years, but when I did, they quickly diagnosed my car (thank God it wasn't the transmission, but instead, a chewed up wire that led to the trans that a squirrel found to be rather tasty, LOL!) and fixed the problem. A few days ago, however, I called them because I need to have my current car diagnosed. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who took my phone call, but he was very polite in telling me what they do and what I need to do. They charge a diagnostic fee, which is priced fairly, which is deducted from the repairs if you choose to have your car repaired by them. Thanks Dewey's!!!!”

I thought it might take a while when we got there because there were several people waiting already, but it only took a total of 18 minutes for them to replace the battery and check our tire pressure!
