“A buddy and I were stuck 350 miles from home in Gaylord with a blown out wheel bearing and were calling around town looking for the replacement hub assembly. Autozone in Gaylord had it next day by 730AM, loaned us some tools and knowledge and let us replace the thing in the parking lot. We got the van rolling again by noon thanks to the help of the team and specifically John M. who had mentioned to us that he had a couple dozen years of experience as a mechanic under his belt. It showed when he pointed us towards the right tools and methods for breaking the rust weld on the old hub assembly! 5/5 would definitely recommend this shop. Stocking the items on the shelf is one thing... but having people who know their stuff is another. Thanks John and the autozone team!”
“I just got my car back after being repaired. I had someone hit me back in August and they've been backed up until November. I got my car back a little bit later than expected. But they not only fixed my car, recalibrated it, and made sure everything was completely good before giving it back to me. THEY FULLY CLEANED MY CAR. Happy late birthday gift to me. It was such an unexpected blessing. Ive got two kids, pregnant with the 3rd and I already work 3 jobs. I dont have time to clean my car. I CRIED when I got it back fully cleaned smelling good. It may have not been a huge deal for you guys to do it on your end, but it was a huge deal to me. THANK YOU”
“We’re from out of the area. Even though she didn’t have the part in stock, she gave me some cross reference numbers to use elsewhere. Highly recommend this store for good ol’fashioned customer service!!”
“Great store and staff and super friendly especially the new guys I really appreciate them and their hard work they tend to go above and beyond and are able to locate the most difficult to find parts but truly unbelievable staff that I would not know what to do without”

“I've lived here all my life and to be honest, I've gotten sucked into the box stores. This winter I've started using Wilber's again. I had forgotten what a REAL parts store is like. Tell the dude what you need or what your fixing and they provide parts and solutions. Cross referencing oil filters for heavy equipment (the international dealer sent me away), suggesting tools for problem jobs, getting you wiper blades with basic information, not 20 questions, helping you carry the stuff you bought out to your truck. It's dirty and old and smells like a garage. The people behind the counter look like they fix their own cars. And I wouldn't change a thing! Good job!”

“After receiving nearly four feet of snow in a week, it's safe to say I'm glad I pulled the trigger on this VMXII V-Plow. It has outperformed my expectations as well as owner an HTX from Boss. The plow itself is fast and responsive. After researching all the other brands, Cliff was knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions which ultimately led me to a solid decision on the SnowDogg VMXII.”
“12/2/24
*I have delivered here a couple of times. Definitely, they're pretty quick unloading. 1hr 20min or less.
*Amazing people who appreciate drivers' time.
*restrooms available for drivers.
*Plenty space to back into the dock.
*As soon as you take alpine rd, go all the way to dead end make a left receiving sencond entrance on the left.
* 24 hours open
*overnight parking. I'm not sure, but there is plenty of space as long as we don't block the entrance or road way.”

“My husband, son and I were travelling through Michigan to get home and we ended up getting a flat tire and had to use our spare. We luckily popped into the auto center and asked if there was any way they could repair the tire for us and the team was so amazing, they took us right away and within 30 minutes our tire was repaired and back on our car so we could continue our travels. We are so thankful for the guys working there and how kind they were to us! It saved us an extra long drive home as you cannot drive very fast on a spare tire and having a toddler time is of the essence!! A+ team you have”

“Service was great. Friendly and informative. Truck looked great when I picked it up. 1st time customer. I lost a truck due to a rotted frame. Truck was not that old. Did research and Krown seemed like best choice for me. Will continue to have this truck protected. Glad you are here. Thank you.”
