“Truck completely lost power while on our way to Petoskey during the night. The Tow truck driver suggested towing it to Sure Stop. I called Sure Stop the next morning and they didn't think they'd be able to get to it for 4 days, due to other appointments. Dwayne called me the next day and said they were able to diagnose a dead fuel pump. The shop was able to get the job done just as we were traveling back. Couldn't have been happier with the quick service, communication and honesty of Sure Stop. Thank you again for the great service! #firstworldproblems 😆”

He unfortunately didn’t have time to work on my car today, but he thankfully enough showed me where the leak was. Thank you very much for that. I was able to fix it myself. Definitely, they're pretty quick unloading. 1hr 20min or less. *Amazing people who appreciate drivers' time. *restrooms available for drivers. *Plenty space to back into the dock. *As soon as you take alpine rd, go all the way to dead end make a left receiving sencond entrance on the left. * 24 hours open *overnight parking. I'm not sure, but there is plenty of space as long as we don't block the entrance or road way.”

“Belle tire in Gaylord is outstanding. My family drop up there for a day trip four hours and ran into tire issues. Kyle was so kid and helpful. He listened to me and immediately offered to resolve a stressful situation. While our vehicle tire needed repair he offered to take us to our family in town and pick us up when it was finished. This was above and beyond what he had to do. We couldn't thank him enough for offering this to us to help make our family trip safe and enjoyable again. When our vehicle was finished he explained thoroughly what they did and was so genuine . Thank you again Kyle for being amazing and respectful when we needed the reassurance”

“Making a huge mistake (filling a fuel tank with gasoline, when it's a diesel vehicle). The owner, Pat, while waiting for parts went to work, removing the fuel tank, draining the gasoline, blowing out all fuel lines, reinstalled the tank with new tank straps, (which it needed, being an older model 2006 Ford F-350 truck, and getting me back on the road in time to make my pickup and return home. I can only say that the work and the time involved was better than my expectations. The price was comparable to the work done. A big Thanks!!”

“My husband, son and I were travelling through Michigan to get home and we ended up getting a flat tire and had to use our spare. We luckily popped into the auto center and asked if there was any way they could repair the tire for us and the team was so amazing, they took us right away and within 30 minutes our tire was repaired and back on our car so we could continue our travels. We are so thankful for the guys working there and how kind they were to us! It saved us an extra long drive home as you cannot drive very fast on a spare tire and having a toddler time is of the essence!! A+ team you have”
